The wine is pale with a delicate pearly pink hue. The nose is precise and mineral, revealing aromas of peaches, apricots and vanilla, with undertones of passion fruit and a hint of lime peel. The palate opens with a refreshing attack then grows in power with yellow fruit aromas. The palate is perfectly balanced and ends with a slightly minty, saline and zesty finish. The nose opens with intense notes of citrus which evolve towards more floral and spicy aromas. The fresh and smooth palate displays a range of citrus notes combined with a touch of minerality which lingers on the soft and very persistent finish.

Has a deep opaque ruby colour with a red rim. On the nose showing a striking aromatic display of lovely rich fresh blackberries and dark plums combined with concentrated scents of summer violets, roses, and peppery spices. On the palate with perfect balance and good length, it is packed with mouth-filling flavours of gummy dark berries, black cherries and floral hints. A fine lean tannic structure leads to a crisp long and slightly dry finish.
