Tasting Note:

With its brilliant, bright ruby color and purple undertones, the Clos Marey-Monge Monopole 2019 is a complex, generous and aromatic wine. The flattering nose reveals delicate powdery aromas along with notes of dried flowers, roses and red fruit, highlighted by peppery notes. The palate is fresh, round and generous, while the tannins are silky with a light sweetness. The very full and complex finish gives this wine power and grace. A great Pommard for aging, but one which can also be appreciated today.
