The wine is pale with a delicate pearly pink hue. The nose is precise and mineral, revealing aromas of peaches, apricots and vanilla, with undertones of passion fruit and a hint of lime peel. The palate opens with a refreshing attack then grows in power with yellow fruit aromas. The palate is perfectly balanced and ends with a slightly minty, saline and zesty finish. The nose opens with intense notes of citrus which evolve towards more floral and spicy aromas. The fresh and smooth palate displays a range of citrus notes combined with a touch of minerality which lingers on the soft and very persistent finish.- Producer:

The colour is a bright pale pink flecked with silver. The nose is enveloping, mineral and dominated by citrus fruit and enriched by aromas of mango, white peach, raspberry and roasted almonds. The palate shows a remarkable continuity. Very intense, it takes on breadth with grapefruit zest and empyreumatic notes and ends with a very long, mouth-watering finish and a touch of liquorice.Domaines Ott* Clos Mireille Blanc de Blancs 2020

Bright pale-yellow hue with a pale green tinge. This wine reveals intense aromas of lemon, kaffir lime, melon and peach. Fresh and clean with notes of dried white fruit lifted by marked minerality. The mouthfeel is silky yet refreshingly crisp. A bouquet of white flowers and lemon zest characterise its finish, alongside the saline notes that are so typical of Clos Mireille.
