Character, personality and the potential for high quality are the characteristics that the Apulian territory imparts to all varieties grown here, indigenous or not. The Antinori family started investing in the area in 1998 as they believed that this is one of the most promising regions in Italy for producing top quality wines with a strong territorial identity. NePriCa Primitivo shows an intense ruby red color with light purplish hues. On the nose fruity aromas of plums blend with light notes of licorice and sweet spices such as anice. On the palate, its soft entry is characterized by structured, round tannins sustained by a well-balanced freshness.

Intense Ruby Red. Layerd fruity and spicy notes sail through the wine arriving with distinctive aromas of plum, liquorice, almond and dry figs. In the mouth it is warm, soft and rich; thanks to the ripe tannis it has depth and lingers well.
