The brilliant, clear colour of this white wine is pale yellow tinged with green. The nose reveals typical fresh minty notes, mixed with white flowers (acacia), a delicate blend of depth and subtlety. The attack is full, with good viscosity. The terroir is rich in clay and marks the wines of the Clos with great minerality and a beautiful salinity. Truffle notes appear at the finish.

This red wine is a magnificent ruby colour, with an intensity that is sustained over time. The attack on the palate is elegant, ample and fleshy, with a beautiful balance. The excellent ripeness of the grapes evokes as a range of very ripe fruit (black fruits, and blueberries), combined with spicy notes (white pepper). A superb consistency, supported by mellow, rounded tannins, provides density and length for this wine.

Adjacent to the Grands Crus, the Premier Cru Les Fontenys owns its beautiful bright ruby colour and elegance that are necessary from the first nose and are confirmed by the delicacy of touch of mouth. The aromas are engaged with intensity and complexity with cherry and strawberry evocations ... More in texture than consistency, it is a generous wine, very fleshy, that expresses rapidly on the velvet. Never harsh tannins, finesse, silky, length, is the archetype of thje Premiers Crus of the hillside south of Gevrey!
