Medium bodied with a pristine lemon hue this youthful Semillon offers delicate scents of calamansi, limestone, candle wax, and toasted brioche. The copper-pink skins of this robust, flesh out the palate, lending notes of almond kernels, soft pineapple, roasted cashew and white peach. Underlying notes of citrus oil and minerals maintain the wines freshness whilst a crisp spine of razor-like acidity neatly lace together the finish.

Immediately appealing aromas of tropical fruits such as guava, kaffir lime and green mango against a more restrained nashi pear note. The exotic fruit profile intermingles with Asian spices such as lemongrass and pickled Japanese ginger. The palate’s medium weight demonstrates a lightness and deft touch, with long acidity and acute fruit flavours. The mineral like acidity shines through with a saline and seashell freshness.

The dominant variety is roussanne which provides structure and finesse as well as helps tie the three varieties together. The viognier offers a pure, floral lift and finishes the wine with refinement and elegance. The marsanne gives the wine some palate texture and richness. Wonderfully lifted, floral and fragrant, the blend is alluring and complex.

Fragrant aromas of acacia flowers, roasted nuts and buttered citrus are neatly balanced with underlying hints of bees wax, minerals, chalk and fino. The ripe, fleshy barrel fermented Viognier and Marsanne gives the palate extraordinary richness.

Deep garnet red with flickers of purple, the wines high-toned aromas of black cherries, five spice, Creme de cassis and spring flowers. The palate offers a soft latent richness and silken-like texture with subtle notes of crushed cherries, dorris plum and earth - all neatly wound by a taught spine of acidity and ripe supple tannins.

Its fragrance, intensity and energy are all reminiscent of freshly fermenting must, with ripe juicy flavours of blackberry, spiced cherries, minerals and Asian spices wrapped around a skeleton of fresh acidity and fine mineral laden tannins.

Deep ruby with flickers of violet, its delicate aromas of truffle, five spice and spring flowers are supported by a rich core of framboise, licorice, saddle leather and Provencal herbs. Very a€˜Burgundiana€™ in style, the palate is elegant and pure with subtle notes of crushed cherries, earth and cedar all neatly wound by a taught spine of acidity and ripe supple tannins.

The colour is a deep garnet purple, complimented by the aromas of black plums and blackberries with hints of charcoal, violets, smoked duck and black pepper. The palate is Full-bodied with flavors of blackberries, minerals and savory meat. In the mouth is a medium level of rounded tannins with the perfect amount of acidity.

The Struie has a wonderfully healthy sheen and great viscosity. The initial aromas of black raspberries, Creme de cacao. Full bodied and tightly structured the palate shows perfect ripeness and brooding richness along with a razor-like spine of beautifully integrated acidity and fine tannin that will greatly reward those with the patience to cellar it.

The Gask gives ink-like hue whilst the nose serves up notes of smoke, graphite, crushed rocks and blackberry liqueur. Very full-bodied with plenty of ripe, rich fruit. It has a nice backbone of crisp acid and medium level fine-grained tannins supporting it through the long finish.
