Sami-Odi
Australia
A small winery, that goes by the curious name of Sami-Odi, producing minuscule quantities of syrah of the highest order. Grapes are vinifies
separately from selected plots of Barossa Valley’s finest vineyards to create a cuvee with combined strengths. The 'Baby Tui' is procured
entirely from three treasured plots within the Hoffmann families 'Dallwitz' vineyard, adjacent to the Eben-Ezer/Walla Walla centenary stone.
Each of these blocks are propagated from original Hoffmann cuttings and were planted on their own roots in 1995, 1996 & the oldest vines
that were planted prior to family records being established in 1912.

The spiciness and intensity wine remains ethereal and poised with an agility and purity. Medium-bodied with a endless length and depth, but so linear and fine.
