This wine is floral, delicate and light with a subtle bouquet of ageing roses, undergrowth and meadow mushrooms. The wines from Chablis Blanchot have a lovely combination of aromas. Fresh, powerful and supple, they have a wonderful mineral persistency. Feminine and rich, they develop a bit faster than other Grands Crus. To be drunk in 4-5 years.

The king of the Grands Crus appellation: a rich, luscious wine with great complexity of flavours. White flowers and lemon peel with a slight green apple twang on the back. The wine, above all other, for keeping.

The nose is dominated by aromas of morello cherries and raspberries. In the mouth, the wine is fresh and round with discreet tannis.

Classic Chablis, mineral and ash nose, zippy acid and lemons. 

Planted half in 1964 and half in 1999, this is an elegant, refined fruit-driven wine with a good structured impression on the palate.

The Cuvée Héritage encapsulates our savoir-faire. By selecting only the very best grapes, the production is limited to only a few thousand bottles per year. This wine is elegant, precise yet racy, that expresses the tension and refreshing minerality associated with the great Chablis terroirs.

Bright and very inviting, with a mix of pineapple, quince, mango and white peach flavors giving this a slightly exotic feel, while racy honeysuckle and orange blossom notes harness the finish, which is long and seductive in feel. A gorgeous display of range and vitality. This should cruise for two decades. Best from 2023 through 2040.

Saint Joseph boasts copious floral scents of violets and lavender set against a backdrop of purple raspberries. In the mouth, it's medium to full-bodied, with a wonderfully rich yet silky feel and plenty of airy, refreshing length on the finish. It should drink well on release and for at least a decade after that.

Full-bodied, yet mineral-laced and undeniably classic wine from this estate. All of the components showed incredibly well, with the Le Méal offering classic sexiness, the Hermite being straight and focused, and the Bessards just as good as any Syrah out there. It shows the ripeness of the vintage, yet the purity of fruit is incredible. It’s another magical wine in an incredible series of awesome Hermitage from this family.
