Clear pale yellow hue flecked with white gold. The expressive nose reveals aromas of candied lemons, pine nuts, ripe mango and white peach. The attack is fresh, lively and characterised by notes of citrus fruits. The palate reveals a full-bodied wine with a broad and smooth texture, thanks to careful ageing on the lees. Intense aromas of kumquat, exotic and citrus fruit, give this Blanc de Blancs 2016 its fresh and invigorating character. Ideal served as an aperitif or with shellfish, grilled fish or a bouillabaisse soup.
