The nose is enveloping with aromas of candied citrus, evolving towards lemon verbena leaves. On the palate, the wine is clean and reveals notes of red fruits-strawberries and raspberries. The wine is delicious, right up to the finely balanced finish, perfumed with a hint of pomelo.

The expressive and luscious nose opens with acacia aromas followed by pomelo peel and then light notes of mango. The wine is clean on entry to the palate showing a slightly mineral tension. Its aromatic structure is rich and complex ranging from notes of bergamot to wild peaches.

Clear pale yellow hue flecked with white gold. The expressive nose reveals aromas of candied lemons, pine nuts, ripe mango and white peach. The attack is fresh, lively and characterised by notes of citrus fruits. The palate reveals a full-bodied wine with a broad and smooth texture, thanks to careful ageing on the lees. Intense aromas of kumquat, exotic and citrus fruit, give this Blanc de Blancs 2016 its fresh and invigorating character. Ideal served as an aperitif or with shellfish, grilled fish or a bouillabaisse soup.
