This white wine has an expressive and rich nose, with aromas of white fruits. Marked by a beautiful minerality, the mouth is very structured and combines a nice balance between smoothness and freshness.

This is a beautiful wine with great complexity, depth and beautiful structure. At a recent tasting everyone was blown away by it and kept returning to it to work out what was making it so appealing. The minerality and the complexity creeps up on you slowly. It has a lovely streak of acidity, lots of white fruit nuances, generous mouthfeel, lots going on at the end of the palate and amazing texture as well.

In the glass it has a straw yellow co lor, the nose is quite intense, we find exotic fruit and slight hints of aromatic herbs, there are timid citrus notes. In the mouth it is soft, fresh and savory at the right point, quite warm, mineral in the finish, I would say of excellent balance.

Brilliant straw yellow with golden reflections. The nose is clean and very broad with notes of ripe fruit and sweet spices supported by a light smoky background given by the passage in wood. In the mouth it is round and dense from the first exciting impact to then continue with a very persistent finish where the hints of wood and fruity notes stand out.

It is bright straw yellow with greenish reflections, both in the nose and in the mouth we find smoky aromas of marzipan and cloves, what a show. It is round, fat and very balanced, with great freshness and incredible minerality

The Cuvée Anatole Pinot Noir from Domaine Fanny Saber is a red wine from the Burgundy region. A wine that expresses itself on fruity notes, capable of giving a juicy and fun sip. Very mineral, it has a very lon g persistence and an extraordinary drink.

A clear ruby color. A nose on a bouquet of red fruits (cherry , raspberry) and sweet spices. An elegant palate, on crunchy, fresh fruit. We find the spices surrounded by beautiful tannins.

Lovely pale red colour. Distinctive reductive matchstick nose with complex red cherry fruit and some smoky, spiciness. The palate is lively and precise with a reductive twist and grippy tannins. Very fresh cherry fruit. Lovely.

This Pinot Noir comes from a new plot in the emerging Monthélie appellation (next to Meursault). This wine has a perfect herbaceous character, balanced with fresh red fruits and the natural elegance of Fanny Sabre's wines. Complex aromatics unwind across a long, layered palate.

The Pinot Noir expresses itself in a natural way on the crushed and already macerated cherry, the undergrowth and the sweet spice. The palate, all in softness, is tactile and suave. The acidic tension gives even more an impression of lightness and fluidity. Simple and efficient, a Pinot as we like them, fresh, tense, elegant and digestible.
