With elegant aromas of croissant, lemon curd and spiced Macintosh apple. Pronounced acidity balances the mouth-filling texture, lending to unparalleled length, complexity and definition. Flavors of lemongrass, Meyer lemon, and clove add a titillating dimension which begs to take another sip. A wine of tension; patience will be rewarded.

Dark red in color, the wine shows a very refined nose of fresh blueberry, lavender and cassis with a hint of cedar notes. The intense blue shaded fruit lifts from the glass with a clear but subtle minerality. While dense and concentrated, the fine tannins display elegance in harmony with the fresh acidity. Classic Hyde Vineyard Bordeaux varieties on display with intense fruit followed by a long, lingering mineral finish.

On display is an opaque and ruby color. Aromas of Asian spices and floral notes are mixed with black fruit and pepper. The texture is mineral driven paired with soft and elegant tannins, a trademark of the Hyde de Villaine Syrah. The concentration and density exhibit the complexity Hyde Vineyard has to offer where a cooler climate provides a restrained opulence. The wine finishes with lovely spice and fresh fruit notes with considerable length. Enjoy for at least another decade. with black fruit and pepper. wine of elegance and purity, the Ysabel displays aromas of rose petal and graphite pencil dust accompanied by vine-ripened strawberry and brambly raspberry. A harmony of green olive and green tea leaf add a savory component. On the palate, subtle hints of dried thyme and forest floor are balanced by pure, fresh flavors of Bing cherry and warmed rhubarb pie. Silky tannins and elevated salinity carry through the palate leading to a lingering finish.

Rose petal and wild raspberry aromas entice as deeper hues of green tea, herbes de Provence, and Bing cherry burst from the glass. Tart strawberry and blood orange flirt across the palate as subtle flavors of sandalwood and sea shell develop. Supple tannins and integrated acidity not only allow for approachability, but also promise future age-ability.

Bright cherry color and intense nose of raspberries, sassafras, rose hip, clove and cinnamon, classic of the Russian River/Green Valley fruit. Well-balanced palate, with weight and length, and flavors reminiscent of pomegranate and orange peel. The ample tannins promise a long life. I would recommend serving this wine at cellar temperature, between 58-60° F.

Nice golden color and exuberant nose, with floral notes of apple blossoms, plus the classic green apple and some tropical hints of papaya. On the palate it is fresh and vibrant yet creamy and rich, with integrated oak and great balance. Delightful to drink right now but it will last for a long time. I would recommend serving it at 46°- 48° F.

Deep, ruby red center working its way to a brilliant edge in the glass. On the nose, notes of the cool Pacific air give way to wild strawberry, rose petals, wet stone and moss-covered trees. On the palate the wine is fresh, bright and structured with balanced acidity and fine-grained, youthful-tannins. The finish is persistent and fades to notes of raspberry, dried herbs and this coastal site lingering on your pallet.
