Appears watery white with a hint of straw. Core aroma of dairy produce, like strawberry yoghurt, with aroma of freshly cooked rice and hints of nuts and cool herbs. Palate starts with gentle, subtle sweetness, mid-range refined acidity, with a dry finish giving an overall medium-minus body. Lingering mid-range spicy flavour.

Appears watery white with a touch of straw. Although bottled while still young this sake has unexpected complexity with sulphurous mineral aromas like wet stone, alongside notes of aniseed, freshly cooked rice, bamboo leaf-like herbs and banana. The palate is well-balanced with a harmonious blend of delicate sweetness and gentle mid-range acidity, and although the finish is dry there is a long-lasting lingering after-taste of marshmallow. Based on its medium body, rich mineral aroma and excellent balance, it has excellent potential for ageing for three to five years.

Nice white-gold colour. Fine and persistent foam. Fruity, delicate, with aromas of peach, apple and pear. When agitated flattering notes of acacia appear. Fresh and lively attack, round on the middle palate. The aftertaste is long with fruity and floral notes.
