The 2018 Bâtard-Montrachet Grand Cru comes from vines just a handful of meters down from Montrachet. It sees no new oak and is aged instead in one- and two-year-old 350-liter barrels. This prudent policy allows the terroir to really shine through with gorgeous Granny Smith apple, apricot blossom and limestone-like aromas. The palate is very well balanced yet very subtle, perhaps more bashful than the Folatières and Referts at the moment. But you can feel the persistence on the finish. A Bâtard-Montrachet that deserves four or five years in bottle to show what it can do.

The 2017 Bourgogne Blanc offers up aromas of lemon oil, pastry cream, crisp green apple and beeswax, followed by a medium-bodied, succulent and open-knit palate, concluding with a delicately chalky finish. It's a good introduction to the domaine's wines.

The palate is fresh and perfectly balanced. The finish is persistent and generous, with citrus notes. There is no doubt this wine is capable of seducing again and again over the next 10 years.

Our Puligny-Montrachet 2020 displays a pale lemon-lime color. The nose instantly conjures citrus fruit and a floral bouquet of white and orange blossoms. The palate is refined and delicate with the typical minterality of Puligny. The finish, fresh and subtle, offers notes of flint and a light toastiness.
