Deep ruby with flickers of violet, its delicate aromas of truffle, five spice and spring flowers are supported by a rich core of framboise, licorice, saddle leather and Provencal herbs. Very a€˜Burgundiana€™ in style, the palate is elegant and pure with subtle notes of crushed cherries, earth and cedar all neatly wound by a taught spine of acidity and ripe supple tannins.

The colour is a deep garnet purple, complimented by the aromas of black plums and blackberries with hints of charcoal, violets, smoked duck and black pepper. The palate is Full-bodied with flavors of blackberries, minerals and savory meat. In the mouth is a medium level of rounded tannins with the perfect amount of acidity.

The Struie has a wonderfully healthy sheen and great viscosity. The initial aromas of black raspberries, Creme de cacao. Full bodied and tightly structured the palate shows perfect ripeness and brooding richness along with a razor-like spine of beautifully integrated acidity and fine tannin that will greatly reward those with the patience to cellar it.

The Gask gives ink-like hue whilst the nose serves up notes of smoke, graphite, crushed rocks and blackberry liqueur. Very full-bodied with plenty of ripe, rich fruit. It has a nice backbone of crisp acid and medium level fine-grained tannins supporting it through the long finish.

The Factor displays the concentration & fruit purity that only the most meticulous farming can achieve. Delicate scents of wild blackberries, pipe smoke and pepper are supported by a dark core of espresso roast, black currants and coal. The palate offers tremendous texture and combines great richness with subtle notes of olive tapenade, saddle leather and minerals.

Rich layers of cassis, cherry, strawberry followed by soft oak aging in the magic casks from Dominique Laurent, the wine lingers in your mouth and has an after taste which seems to last forever.

Completely black/purple with healthy,vibrant magenta hues. A pure, wild, powerful nose of blackberry and tar is complimented by a gentle floral lift of lavender and violets. Full-bodied with great concentration, silky tannins and perfectly judged extract, this vigorous and suave young wine has a long, long future ahead of it.

These lifted aromatics are released as soon as the wine is opened with layers of raspberries, apricots and crème de cassis cloaking subtle hints of black olive and cherry. A dark, rich and silky palate with deep red cherry fruits, clove, lavender & licorice all interwoven with hints of sweet spice and cinnamon. The layers and diverse fruit characters continue to evolve in the glass with plum, hints of almond, earth, blackberry and pepper all becoming more apparent as the wine evolves in the glass.

This unique parcel has all the bright, opulent fruit characteristics that we look for in dry grown Grenache combined with lavender, deep black berry fruit intensity and a seamless tannin profile due to a partial whole-bunch fermentation. The rich, luxuriant fruit was further enhanced by barrel maturation in a second fill 2400 litre ‘Boutes’ French oak Foudre barrel, which perfectly balances the wine style we were looking to achieve.

Possessing a dense, saturated ruby/purple hue the Les Amis flaunts the concentration. Delicate scents of Chinese five spice, smoke, white flowers and roasted herbs precede a dense, brooding core of black cherry, coal and scorched earth. Multi-dimensional and incredibly intricate, the wine finishes with crisp acids and a cloak of beautifully ripe, polished tannins.
