Medium Straw Gold color. Distinct citrus characters, with underlying vanilla oak. Crisp citrus lime flavours are immediately evident, with hints of stone fruit balanced by vanillin oak characters.

Medium red with light purple hues. Spicy overtones from the Shiraz, and mint hints from the Cabernet Sauvignon. Medium bodied with simple rustic blackberry flavours, some minty freshness and balanced tannins.

Medium Red Purple color. The accent is on spices with focused fruit, dark berries and earthy aromas. The palate displays ripe blackberries and spice followed by savoury overtones, all supported by a deft touch of oak.

The bouquet offers a mix of berry, olive and warm earthy aromas. The palate is full, round and velvety, displaying cinnamon, spice and sweet red fruit with a touch of cedar. Balanced by soft, fine tannins.

Soft aromas of blackberry fruit, chocolate with a hint of cedar, spices and a touch of mint. The palate shows plush, round fruit, with earthy and spice characters framed by smooth and silky tannins.

The Chardonnay has a white with a ripe lemon hue colour with a nose of fresh green apple and lemon rind aromas. The palate is ripe peach and melon flavours, a richly textured creaminess and a fresh, acid finish.

The Moscato has a colour of light yellow with green hues with Floral scents combine with fresh lime and citrus tones on the nose. The palate is vibrant clean and fresh on the palate which is well balanced with the the sherberty crisp acid finish.

The Pinot Grigio has a colour of light straw gold, with a nose of vibrant mineral notes with lemony and white peach aromas. The palate has flavours of spice and apple with a mineral feel add to a pleasantly dry finish.

Delicately coloured with faint green hues. Aromas of freshly squeezed grapefruit, passionfruit and hints of gooseberry. Tropical and grassy flavours.
