Fully ripe wild berries with a spicy undertone, slightly roasted from the ageing which also brings out a complex bouquet of red flower floral notes. Fruit forward at the beginning with a balanced tannic structure showing later. Fresh and consistently aromatic finish.

Our Nuits-Saint-Georges 2021 presents a dark and deep garnet colour. The nose is intense and marked by aromas of moka , cherry and spices. The mouthfeel is ample and characterized by its freshness. combined with aromas of dark cherry, nutmeg and coffee. The finale concentrates these aromas into a nice finish.

A deep garnet color with light purple reflections. The nose is intense, complex, ripe black fruits like blackcurrant, black cherry, spicy and delicate notes, white pepper, some touches of cocoa and coffee complete this magnificent aromatic palette.On the palate, the wine is round, ample with a silky, delicate texture, keeping the magnificent finesse of pinot noir.

With its beautiful deep color and violet hues, the nose of our Château des Reyssiers 2018 is expressive with notes of strawberry and black cherry. The palate is round, supple and ample. It shows very nice aromas of red fruits with a superb peppery finish.

The Château des Labourons Fleurie is elegant and complex. It is characteristically fruity and perfumed, expressing the best of the Fleurie "terroir".

The « Bourgogne Chardonnay » has a rich and golden colour with some light green tints. The bouquet reunites aromas of flowers (hawthorn, honeysuckle) and fruit (lime and grapefruit), with an ever present hint of gun-flint. On tasting, the wine is balanced and harmonious, lifted by an attractive acidity which will help it to keep for a few years.

Young and crispy, with delicate floral and fruity aromas, this wine, light to medium-body, is lighter in style than a Chablis. It retains though the typical mineral characteristics of the area. The wine is vinified in vats to ensure that its freshness, minerality, floral aromas and fruity notes are secured. It is ready to drink young when it has already developed its charm and finesse

The wine has a lovely shimmer and is of a pretty golden colour with green reflections. The rich and complex nose is characterized by pleasant and subtle floral and mineral aromas. It has a wonderful structure in the mouth with minerality and the charming typical chardonnay aromas. It is a harmonious wine that is not only fine and elegant but also has an excellent aromatic persistence.

It is an excellent example of the characteristics of a Chablis wine: freshness, acidity, minerality and notes of flowers and fruit. Well-rounded and charming, this wine has a final note of minerality on the palate and is a good compromise between the acidity and fruit. It is generous, has a good length and is very typical of Chablis.

Very pleasing taste, yielding softness, strength, fruit, richness and minerals in a harmonious, pleasant and sensitive balance. The fresh, delicate, mentholy fruit on the finish remains for a long while.
